My Thoughts:

This research is about short pulses + previous WOW
Formula’s + the use of different types of magnetic forces for FUEL ideas and formula’s found in the wow signal, along with the CORE and Space Elevator ideas for the UFO space ship were working on here.

So the strong focusing method helps to expand the magnet’s capabilities to control the laser beam and it’s particles.
