my thoughts

The two rings are the super lattice mesh walls and X is the signals diffracting from crystals R is the electron ribbon laser beams with cooled plasma, liquid argon gas and neutrino particles mixing and colliding between the two rings or Helmholtz coils – see next video –>

my thoughts

the magnetic field lines in a plane bisecting the current loops, the top two magnets are monoplole the bottom two are quadrupole.
